Fashion Radar: Cut it Out Spring 2011

Cutouts have re appeared on the runways for Spring 2011. I saw the trend in dresses, blouses and one pieces. I love how this trend translates to street style with pieces found at top shop, HM and forever 21 but yet the couture lines just make it so impecable and glamourous.
