Liz Carey has bounced back. We got a chance to speak to the handbag designer about your inspiration and how to jump back from a fashion lawsuit. Fashion blog headlines reported Liz Carey's lawsuit to the conglomerate, Juicy Couture where they claims copyright infringement. Just last week Liz changed the name of her line (once Bird to her name.) and is pushing forward with a fantastic line of red leather bags. She sent out this letter to press and friends to share the news of the name change.  I caught up with Liz to hear about her inspiration and plans for reinventing her line.

Name: LIZ CAREY  formerly BIRD

3 words to describe your label:
LC: everyday, one of a kind, the kind of bags that like to go out and not live in a drawer
